The Alinta Energy Gippsland League is thrilled to announce the venues for the 2025 Alinta Energy Gippsland League Finals Series, set to begin on Saturday 30 August.
Following an open application process, all clubs had the opportunity to apply to host finals. Each application was carefully reviewed by the Gippsland League, considering club facilities and surface conditions when determining the final venue allocation.
Drouin and Traralgon are unable to host a final due to venue redevelopment projects whilst some clubs elected not to host a final in season 2025.
2025 Alinta Energy Gippsland League Finals Series
Week 1:
- Qualifying Final: Saturday, 30th August – Maffra Recreation Reserve
- Elimination Final: Sunday, 31st August – Wonthaggi Recreation Reserve
Week 2:
- 2nd Semi Final: Saturday, 6th September – Morwell Recreation Reserve
- 1st Semi Final: Sunday, 7th September – Ted Summerton Reserve, Moe
Week 3:
- Preliminary Final: Saturday, 13th September – Sale Oval
Week 4:
- Grand Final: Saturday, 20th September – Morwell Recreation Reserve
The league looks forward to an exciting and highly competitive finals series, showcasing the very best football and netball in the region. We encourage all supporters, players, and officials to mark their calendars and prepare for what promises to be a thrilling and high-quality finals series.
Clubs that do not host a final in 2025 will be given priority when applying to host finals in the 2026 season should they choose to apply.
