Gippsland League came together on Monday Night to celebrate its annual Presentation Night, recognising the standout players, coaches, and volunteers who defined the 2025 season.
Football’s highest individual honour went to Benjamin Harding (Leongatha), crowned Senior Best & Fairest, after a stellar season in the midfield. He was joined at the top by Tye Hourigan (Traralgon), who claimed Seniors MVP, and Ben Crocker (Moe), who secured the Seniors Leading Goalkicking with another prolific year in front of goal.

On the netball courts, Renee Nobelius (Warragul) was named A Grade Best & Fairest, while teammates Sienna Green (A Grade MVP) and Emma Ryde (A Grade Shooting Star) ensured it was a night of dominance for the Gulls.

In the football Reserves, Aaron Wilson (Moe) took home the Best & Fairest and Damien Hough (Traralgon) claimed Leading Goalkicking. Courtney Young (Wonthaggi) won B Grade Best & Fairest, Georgia Maskell and Kate McCarthy (both Leongatha) shared C Grade Best & Fairest, and Levi Moore (Warragul) secured Thirds Best & Fairest. Drouin’s Rylie Baker was named Thirds Leading Goalkicker.
The future stars of the competition also had their moment. Mahli Stothers (Sale) earned the 17 & Under Best & Fairest, with Hannah Smith (Traralgon) as the Shooting Star. In the Fourths, Brodie Adams (Traralgon) took Best & Fairest honours and Brody Stevenson (Traralgon) was leading goalkicker. Sale’s Alexa Doherty won the 15 & Under Best & Fairest, while Moe’s Taylah Voumard was Shooting Star. Finlay Bradley (Leongatha) rounded out the junior awards with the 13 & Under Best & Fairest.
The Rookie of the Year awards highlighted the competition’s brightest emerging talents. Noah Christy (Maffra) and Patrick Ireland (Leongatha) were recognised on the football side, while Amy Scott (Leongatha) was crowned netball’s top rookie.

Finally, the prestigious Joe Hutchison Awards acknowledged outstanding service to clubs and community. Recipients were:
