Morwell is steeped in history and their success is due to the dedication of our volunteers, supporters, coaches, and of course, their players that year in and year out have devoted their time to making the club what it is today.
Their proud history boasts many Football and Netball premierships and some of their players have gone on to be successful in the VFL, AFL and VNL. The Morwell FNC is located at the Morwell Recreation Reserve in Travers Street. Morwell first entered a netball team in 1992. Some other clubs in the league had teams in 1990 & 1991. Prior to that there was an LVFL netball competition from 1976 to 1979, but no competition from 1980 to 1990.
