A manual that outlines the standards for writing, designing and presenting content for the Gippsland League
Prior to each season the League will instruct the clubs via email of any League requirements for netballs usage in the upcoming season. This may include brand of balls to be used, sponsorship requirements or any other League requirements. In every match during the regular season match balls that meet these requirements must be used.

The Alinta Energy Gippsland League has formalised written agreements with several regional leagues, including the Central Gippsland Junior Football League, Ellinbank & District Football Netball League, East Gippsland Football Netball League, East Gippsland Junior Football Association, Mid Gippsland Football Netball League, North Gippsland Football Netball League, Omeo & District Football Netball League, Sale & District Junior Football Association, Southern Gippsland Junior Football Competition, Traralgon & District Junior Football League, Warragul & District Junior Football League, West Gippsland Football Netball Competition, and West Gippsland Junior Football Competition.
These agreements automatically renew each season unless revoked by either league or AFL Gippsland.
Any form submitted, that is not signed by a President or Secretary and accompanied with a receipt of a bond payment will not be processed.
The Gippsland League Match Review Panel (MRP) has been formed to process complaints of alleged incidents which may have been missed by officiating umpires.
This form is established to support Section 3.1(b)(iii) of the National Community Football Policy Handbook. The form is to be used by a Club seeking approval from the Controlling Body for a Player to play in a higher Grade for which the Player is not automatically age eligible under Section 3.1(b)(ii).

Correct Format: John Smith
Incorrect Format: JOHN SMITH, Smith, John, John ‘Bluey’ Smith, Bluey Smith
Information for the Interchange Steward, the home club will supply one interchange steward for each match.
